Installation complete

dumbsms is in your Applications folder; dumbsms-cli is on your PATH at /usr/local/bin.

1. Open dumbsms from Applications or Spotlight.
2. If macOS blocks an unidentified developer, right-click the app and choose Open the first time.
3. Grant Contacts when prompted; names stay on your Mac.
4. Enable developer mode on your phone, then connect over USB to finish setup.
